Help With Daygame Approaching while Mom is present

I run into this problem during daygame: I see a viable target but with a mom? How should I do this?

Open to the mom, not her kids, build comfort but not attraction with the mom. Then make some excuse asking them helping you pick out some stuffs. Choose stuffs that only teenager know much about (fashion, clothes, computer, etc). At this point her daughter will be much more help than her, either she will excuse herself or wouldnt mind you talking to her daughter.

And that is advice on how to get a consent from an underage girl's mother.

Just read in Jeremy Soul's new book how to do it. He recommends approaching both direct and to the mother and complimenting her on how well she's raised her daughter. Keeping the mother involved in the conversation. :D Easy

Now approaching while a dad is present is something I'd really like to see get broken down.

I don't think the direct method would be more effective since she would know right away you have eyes on her daughter, her guard will be up.
IMO, it's way easier with the dad since we are both guys, there are lot of stuffs to related to. Super easy to open, just start with sport, ask for his favorite sport/team, then lead the conversation to his daughter by simply asking " does she play any sport?"
"yes" - your road is open
"no" - at this point he would say she plays something else, or she's in a band blah blah blah --> get in there and dig that topic

While approaching I don't think of mom as an uber-obstacle. I think of her as a mom--it's not that hard to win her over. I've had an experience where I was working at my day job and a mom says to her daughter you should find a boyfriend like that (meaning one who works). And I number closed without even opening myself. If you can win over the mom and keep her in the conversation she'll hand her over to you. You have to demonstrate that you're a very stable and respectable guy. Moms will sometimes try to hook their daughters up with someone they think is suitable.

A dad on the other hand, :evil: will remain cynical to the very end.
A male knows what the deal is no matter what angle you take because he does the same. Remember Chris Rock: After everything you do should be added "Can I get you some dick with that!"
