alright now ive been in this community since one year , and being a PUA is really good and has alot of positive sides .

but once i get a girls email or number , after we talk , i keep thinking why she said that , why she did this , why she declined , why she accepted and my head really hurts .

what should i do , i keep telling myself that there are alot more important things to worry about , there are many other girls i can get and stuff , but this idea cant get into my head .

tell me what should i do , help would be appricated ALOT ! :)

First of all, learn how to take control of the chat room. You were too passive in there and nobody paid attention.

Second, is English your second language? Your post sounds a little like a foreigner wrote it...

Third, there's a difference between worrying about what, why, how and analyzing it. Worrying is pointless and just wastes time. Analyzing it makes you into a better PUA.
