Been working on a few openers, these are all totally original that I developed myself, what do you guys think:

1. Hi! Do you mind if I get your opinion on women's shoes, you look like a fashionable woman who would know. I read somewhere that 40% of women have, at some point in their lives, hurled footwear at a man. Have you ever thrown a shoe at a man? [Follow ups: Why do women do that? ... But why shoes?]

2. Hi! Quick question, I have to get back to my friends in a minute, but I was wondering if you could help me resolve a discussion we were having.. See my friends all think that internet dating is fake and none of the beautiful women in profiles are real. So my question to you is, have you ever created a profile on a dating site? [If she says yes, I'm in, and I say yeah I've met a few beautiful women online.. and it works if you know how to use it right, etc. etc..]

3. Hi! Quick question for you: Do you think, and I want your honest opinion, do you think I would make a good porn director? [If she's at a loss for words, I follow up with "Let's say you were producing a porn film, would you hire me to direct it?"]

4. Hi! Mind if I get your opinion on something? I just sold my car, and while putting ads online I read an article about how 37% of men in this country don't know how to drive! Did you know that? So here's a question: would you date a guy that doesn't know how to drive?

So, blast away with your critiques! I just want to know if I'm understanding the core concepts correctly, so please give me your honest opinions.

No takers? (I really hate to bump, but if I could bump one question every 3 months, this would be the one..)

(1) Don't ask "do you mind," it's weak. Don't ever ask questions that can have a yes or no answer, then she can just say no and your thread is cut.

(2) Maybe ask "have you ever THOUGHT about creating a profile" because you're more likely to get a yes. Again, a yes/no question isn't the best. Maybe ask WHY they think people WOULD use online dating in the first place?

(3) NO

(4) Boring as FUCK

store perfume section - "hey i smell great, what's your name"

store clothing section - "hey i'm looking for some hotpants... they're for you not me Im Malex86..."

Grocery store - "Finally i found you... i just asked the cashier what aisle the hot women were at"

nightclub - "Hey, you look good in the dark... let's go somewhere lighter..."

bar - "Hey, i'm all out of cash... do you mind giving me a ride home..."
