Location: New Zealand | | im trying to get rid off my ego(if i have any) but i dont know what an ego is. someone from my previous thread mentioned an ego is the emotion, can anyone be more specific please.
What is an egoistic person? how can i spot them?
what is it they do or say that makes them egoistic?

Posts: 167 | | By "egoistic" they probably mean "egotistical" which means cocky. Which isn't really a bad thing. However, you're not coming off egotistical here.

Location: New Zealand | | well i used to be the leader in my group of 20 people but this one guy who wanted to hang out with us kept on saying 'yeah lets listen to Dilaks hes the leader' with him saying this really puts me off and that really killed my confidence and trying to be humble i ended up saying 'Im not the leader' even though i was...
was that the right approach? and if someone else says something like this what is the best approach to this?
