Ok, so last night I was at the gym running on a treadmill. This girl gave a quick glance my way and jumped on a elliptical machine two rows in front of me to my right. The whole time she was working out she kept lifting up her shirt which was good for me she had a nice ass. Usually when I she a girl working out she is self conscience about her ass and will pull her shirt down covering her ass. When she finished her work out 20 minutes later she look back to the left in my direction then looked right. OK, so did I blow it, was she giving me IOI's or not. I am new to the PUA community love the forum. Thanks.

i don't think her just glancing at you was an IOI...Test yourself by opening to her, then neg her (maybe she is sweaty and touch her arm or something and comment about that) then DHV her with a time constraint get her number set a later meeting date maybe to run together then bounce...let me know how it works if u decide to try it because i'm new too and looking for critiques on my own
