First of all how can people feel 'scared' or unsafe when the police are standing near them like a bunch of donuts.

Next it's only unsocial behavior if the people you approach complain to the police.

Next is the HIGHLY irregular assumption by them that you are a threat to the public purely from how you look, if this ridiculous event gets further than a chat I would be bringing this up as unfair stereotyping.

Personally it seems like a little AFC jealousy going on their with someone in a position of power to abuse it.

HOWEVER, you may want to have a good hard look at your appearance as this comes accross being the reason for the approach and chat by the cops, it might look okay to you but try get into the mindset of middle england and what the average person thinks... hell Id suggest using it as an opener, maybe change this story a little to say that the police approached you because you looked threatening and ask them fashion and dress tips

Basically I think the only thing you have to worry about is the police or PCSO leading the girl into saying that they feel concerned for their safety. The only crime you might be committing is breach of the peace (any act that causes offence or upset)... so the only thing I'd say to you is to make sure you don't look threatening.

Remember PCSOs are the ones that let that 7 year old kid drown last year because 'health and safety rules' prevented them from rescuing the kid. These rent-a-cop idiots don't think in terms of common sense.

And to everyone writing in this forum from foreign lands, you need to remember how stupid the leaders are in the UK - example: a 14 year old girl who is scoring straight As has been kicked out of her school because she's too tall for the uniform to fit her properly.

Cops are douchebags... ESPECIALLY in my country! They tend to fuck with civilians because they are authority figures, thus they can do so safely and have fun.

I have at least 10 cop stories, all different! Life is unfair. I got pulled over for idiotic reasons, I cop asked me for my ID and gave me a fine for not having it with me, while in reality I was going for a quick trip to the grocery store... A cop fucked with me while I walking my cousin's labrador, because it "looked like a mad dog that would go rabbid and bite someone" I have many many more stories but this is not the time to share them.
