Hi guys.

I got into the situation which seems ridiculous and a minor problem but despite this can easily turn very serious!

Basically, the problem is that i accidentally made a direct day game approach in front of two cops and they stopped me, took my details and told me not to do this any more!

They say it is an offense to talk to people constantly cos girls can be scared of me, and this is anti-social behavior which is a crime! So, they forbade me to approach girls in the street!!!

And I am really worried that when the same cops see me next time talking to a girl they can fine me or even arrest me, because from their point view it s a crime and it will look like i do not obey what they told me last time!

So, guys, have you had this or similar situation before? What can i do here???

I don't want to stop day game cos that s all have in life, esp cos of such a stupid reason. But they can arrest me next time for breaking their warning, and maybe even prosecute! Or if they dont arrest me next time, then if i keep doing this they will arrest me the time after that! It s just a matter of time, and it can come much quicker than it seems!!

And how can you guarantee that the judge will not be grumpy enough to say "yes, it is a crime, you make girls feel unsafe, even if it s 1 in 100 girls. You were warned once or twice, but you keep committing this crime! And now you ll get ASBO (anti social behavior order) and we ban you from appearing on this street/or talking to a woman in this area for two years"!

And BAM, this is a conviction - and here you are, you are a criminal! Your whole life is ruined - no new job, no visa (i am foreigner)!! Sounds very stupid, exeggarated and probably funny, but believe me, it is not so funny to me now! I dont want to seem a psycho, but after this incident which happened last month I have already seen the same cops twice in the same area. So, sooner or later they will see me again, that s 100%.

And i need to know what i can do about it cos all this nightmare does not seem so unlikely to me now!!!

Guys, if anyone has some advise or comment - please share! Cos i am totally depressed right now, looking for the way out of it!

Cops are the dumbest people alive, they are jealous fatsos on donuts. Who CARES what they say, you are not breaking any laws, they are pulling those out of their asses. Whatever happens, get a lawyer or public defender. Since when do you get fined for talking to girls on the street?

Next time this happens and they fine you, cooperate with them and get their names so you can use them in court.

Do you know if they were actual police officers or community support officers? If they were the latter--which is what I suspect, based upon your description--I wouldn't worry about it too much. CSOs, from what I understand, have a history of overstepping their bonds. Unless you're actually exposing yourself to people or running some sort of monetary scam on them I don't see how talking to people can be construed as ASBO-type behaviour. That said, for them to have talked to you at all, it might be worth evaluating if anything about your behaviour prompted such a response. Talking is okay, but harrassment/anti-social behaviour (yelling obsentities, stalking, ect.) is not.

If they stop you again, I would ask them what law they're acting to enforce.

This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.

If they fine you , ask for their badge number and name and department they work for
( that realy piss's them off ) and they will usually drop the charge

Plus, stalking isn't really stalking until the "victim" declares it is or acts fearful or something along those lines.

Assuming you don't run some kind of extremely weird game, this whole thing is bullshit. Especially if none of your targets have even suggested such a thing. Look at it this way, this warning gives you an awesome opener! "Hey, blah blah blah, you know I really can't be seen with you, last time they tried to arrest me..." Or "If they come for me, pretend like you know me, I don't wanna go back to jail" (in a traumatized voice).

Yes, I agree that s total bullshit. My friends PUAs have never seen this happen before! But the cops' point is that I can scare some girls. And if this happens - then this is a crime - to scare people, espcially because i do this more than once! The funny thing is that some girls in fact are annoyed and overly sensitive girls can be even scared a bit (very rarely though).

That s not a reason though to charge you with a fine or arrest you, right!

But I have to deal with it somehow!

I have already seen a lawyer on this.

According to English laws "Anti social behavior is behavior that causes or is likely to cause a feeling of distress to another person". And if a girl tells she is worried or scared - they have the right to arrest me on suspicion of harassment or eing a social threat.

It sounds ridiculous but the lawyer says they will interpret 'harassment' or 'threat' very very broadly. Basically, 'threat' is anything that causes distress! It would be enough for a girl to say she is a bit worried or annoyed or even surprised - and they ll get me cos they already warned me last time!

And the arrest itself is rubbish, but what if they become realy stubborn (this or next time they catch me) adn decide to prosecute. And can you 100 per cent sure the court will laugh at them for this? Most likely yes, but what if the court says approaching is really scary to some people???

Just an example of how it can develop.

Imagine a situation. Two weeks later they see me talking to a girl in the street they patrol daily. They come over to me.

Cops to the girl: Do you know this man?

Girl: Well, just for 2 mins, he gave me a compliment.

Cops to me: What did we tell you last time? We told you to stop approaching girl in the street. You scare girls and you can harass them.

Me: But I do not scare anyone. If she does not want to talk she s free to go. I do not follow anyone etc.

Cops to the girl: do you know that he comes over to every girl? he can be dangerous to you. [And now the key question] Do you feel scared or threateand of him.

And now everything depends on a girl's answer!

If she says

Girl: No, i think it is very nice of him to be so brave and give me a compliment.

Cops: some bullshit and maybe i will get away this time.


BUT if a girl says

Girl: No, i was not scared of him at first, but now i don t understand what s going on here, i did not know he was doing this all the time. NOW I FEEL A BIT SCARED AND CONCERNED FOR MY SAFETY!!!

Here you are!

Cops to me: OK, man, we warned you last time, you do not obey, and you commit this CRIME once again. We have to take you to a custody!

And then if they charge me with anti social behaviour you never know how the court will go.

And this situation (described above) seems to me so real now becuase:

1. They said exectly the same bullshit last time. Their point is that a girl who I apporach can be scared of this or someone who sees me from the side can be scared of me making approaches.

By the way, this is exatly what happened last time! Somebody ssw me making several approaches on one street adn told cops. And then when I was making another approach they came to me form the back!

2. And what if next time they will see me aming an approach again and a girls will jump up (you know, guys, how too sensitive girls do this sometimes, even before you tell her something). Then it ll be a solid proof in their eyes.


So, how can I prove in the court it was not scary for a girl?

They say SCARY (even a bit) means OFFENSE!

And most importantly, what if cops see me in a 'bad' apporach where a girl is scared/annoyed/doesn t want to talk? Then if they ask a girl if it was stressful for her she ll say yes! What should my arguments be then???

Exactly this happened last time when they caught me! A girl i approached was bitchy and did not want to talk and she saw them after my approach behind my back and pointed them at me, kind of please-get-him-away-from-me gesture ! They were at my back at that moment, ss i was really caught off guard!

Cos this is absolutely stupid but i need to be ready to go all the way to the court and i need to have some arguments!

Fair comment Melissa. No, abosolutely nothing like yelling, swearing etc. I think I am quite a nice guy by nature, i always smile and try to project 'warmth' (in addition to sexual energy of course!). if she rejects me quickly, i say ok, not a problem at all, i think you deserve to hear this [compliment] every day, which gets another huge smile from her. So, absolutely nothing on this side.

But of course if a girl is too sensitive she can overreact when you jsut open her - you know how they jump up sometimes when they are thinking about something deeply and then you come over and start talking - sometimes they feel scared, but it is definitely not because of the compliment. And if i just wanted to ask for direcitons - she would react the same way simply because the fact that somebody started talking to her was too sudden for her.

The only thing is that somebody told cops I was approaching people. That s all.

I have been doing this 2 years already - never imagined this could happen to me. But now, once they know me, i need to be very careful!

If you're that concerned you could just game somewhere else. I don't quite understand your problem but I live in the UK and I've never heard of this happening. Granted I don't go out specifically to run day game but still.

It sounds like you're on one stretch of road just going up to every female and trying to talk to them. If that is the case I can understand why the officers might have thought it strange. If that isn't the case and it's in a mall or something then they have no right to tell you to stop talking to people.

You might want to try a less direct method of game though. If you find yourself getting bad reactions fairly frequently I wouldn't open with a direct compliment, at least not in front of those officers.

I'd game the cops, they could be badass wingmen
