ok so i met 3 HB3s got their facebook 2 accepted 1 ignored (short story)

The one that ignored me works with me bit in a different unit, its a very large company so i dont see her much apart from today...

she told the guy she was sitting next to at break about me and like their table, all the guys started telling me to get her number and what not and that when i met them they just wanted a 3sum...

I am guessing this is a load of shit and their just trying to wind her or me up... but why would she have been looking at me like the whole time, she was trying to get my attention by walking past me and that both breaks and staring at me more or less...

What is this bullshit, she ignores my facebook friend request now shes playing hard to get or trying to make me feel like a twat or something??

If you want it, go for it instead of mind f*cking urself. Omg, its just a female. If you think that she wants you, go up to her and tell her "Well I see that you are/were eye flirting with me, so I decided to come here and flirt with you face-to-face." She will appreciate your honesty and will see you as a confident guy.
Of course, from the sound of it, you are a scared dude afraid of rejection and crap. But I tell you one thing, if you dont go for it you go through gay stuff like you are going through now. Instead, go for it and something may happen and in worse case scenario at least you know what she was thinking. Think about this quote that I love: You may never know what results come from ur actions, but if you do nothing there will be NO results. (I dont know who made it up, but its very effective in making me just go for it when I want it.)

thats the thing though... ive already opened her and her friends, clsoed them but she declined my friends request...

Just go through the rejection and chase a little. Do not seem desperate, but make sure that she knows you intentions. Come on, a friends request rejection is not even a real rejection. Go direct with her and see if she rejects that. If she does, forget her or use other tactics. If she does not reject, then get her. Both ways, at least you are not confused.
