Towards the end of the street party, I was with a girl. She was kind of following me around, holding my hand, telling me how popular I am, that kind of thing. When the cops came and kicked everyone out, we ended up going back to my room.

At this point I was almost certain that something was going to happen. I had a good looking girl alone in my dorm room with me. And I hardly even had to game her. When we got to my dorm we kinda laid on my bed and talked about shit for about an hour. Just regular stuff, careers and stuff.

But just when you think something's going right, it's likely that it won't go as well as you might think.

Her phone rang, and when she picked it up, it was her friends who were going back to her dorm and needed a key. She told me to keep the door unlocked cause she was coming right back to 'hang out some more', then she went to give her friends the key.

She brought her friends back and ended up in my roommate's room (we share a bathroom). I went over to see what was going on. My target was sitting on my roommate's lap at the computer. I talked to the other three girls a bit, but nothing was really going on there, they were determined to get some sleep. So they went back to their room, and I left to go hang out with some friends. I told them I was leaving to kind of make it clear.

I wasn't exactly pissed that my roommate stole her (it's happened before) I'm pissed cause I let it happen. Maybe I should have escalated sooner?

Let me know what you guys think, and what you would have done in a similar situation.

Sounded like she wasn't that hard to get to begin with and you know the old saying, "Easy come Easy go."

I wouldn't worry too much about it. Easy girls are always willing to jump to the next guy.

Beyond that, you didn't give any real information for me to give you any real advice.

As soon as you got to your dorm you should have thrown her onto the bed and get straight to it. If you want to talk you can always talk afterwards but the longer you leave it the more chance of something going wrong as well as your making it harder on yourself.

It sounds like she was just waiting for you to make a move and you didn't so she went to your friend. She tried to make it clear to him by sitting on his lap and he didn't make a move either. You could have easily recovered by grabbing her hand and pulling her into your dorm. Don't let it phase you and don't ever show you are irritated because then she can tell you are getting attached. I doubt she would have shown any resistance and if its an 'easy come' then that is a bonus for you it required little work on your behalf.

I agree with the others. a hour? wtf I get to business asap.

Also, cell phones and people calling their cell phones can be a cock block, or just can make you impatient when you have a girl over or are even on a date.

What I would do, I haven't had to yet and usually don't think about it. Is if a girl is over and uses the rest room and leaves her phone in plain view where she doesn't see it, try and maybe turn it off. Cause a sudden phone call from a friend trying to get her attention away from you can be the worst case of sudden cock block. Its almost happened to me a few times luckily my game was intact enough.
