Well assuming you want the HB9, you would give the HB8 more attention. And until she gives IOI's, you can approve of them and reward her. Game her friend to get the target dawg. Remember, don't be completely distant from the HB9, you got to keep her engaged in the conversation or its ova. BOOOOOOOMMM~~~
