I don't have much of experience with that. I would say that if you bring a girl from the race you are trying to game so that she would act as a social proof. It would show the other race that you are a cool guy that they can like. Use her as pivot and start expanding your network with people from the target gaming race.

Then you can game from within social circles and use SP at clubs.

Meh.. I think you are over thinking it.

As a PUA the general rule is to go after whomever you find attractive without fear of rejection. I find using a casual pick-up works on all races if the girl is interested.

Example: "You seem nice.. lets grab some coffee sometime. Whats your number?"

Never talk yourself out of an approach with negative thoughts like: "Oh she is out of my league" or "Oh she is Asian she probably wont be interested".

You don't know until you try. And if you get shot down learn to say "NEXT".

I've never sensed any racial boundaries at all. I have been with all the different races apart from maybe Inuit and never had to change my approach or think differently, just calibrate to the situation as I do with everyone. There are some cultural differences between certain countries, such as what's acceptable touching in a public place (e.g. in India, Dubai you can be fined or put in prison for kissing in public), but female psychology is fundamentally the same regardless of the 0.00001% genetic difference skin colour makes. Don't allow yourself to have any limiting beliefs regarding this issue, it's wasted energy that could be spent doing an approach.
