In a masculine fashion.

I inquire because it appears that I always end up standing like a tree (without moving, afraid to put hands in pockets but trying to be loose lol).

I also try to walk like "cool" guys but when I try it seems exaggerated or stupid..

I would appreciate it if someone could be gracious enough to bestow upon me videos or names of famous guys that could help ^^

Standing=Take up + space sholuders back + chest up + head tilted + one fot pointing foward one to the side= dominate confident man

Walking= Slower than normal pace + arms and shoulders swinging slightly + keep head and feet level ( don't have your head lead your feet) + dont be afraid to brush against people and dont be quick to move out of someones way = dominate confident man

is leaning on one foot ok? sometimes i think it looks too feminine since in order to balance you have to hold your elbow or put your hands on your hips. But it certainly looks less stiff and its also less taxing on your legs.

I disagree that standing one foot forward is alpha, to me it looks like you are ready to walk away, which is entirely different. A lot of fighters do choose this stance, so it does represent alpha a bit. This is a different tactic PUA's use, this is a scarcity tactic. My feet are always slightly wider than my shoulders as to take up more space. I would say having that stance is a good to have amongst your tricks of body language. However if you are standing somewhere stationary I am all about having my feet a little wider than my stance, pointed outward so that they are welcoming but confident.

One thing that should be said, pull your scapulas together so that your chest pushes out. This is what makes your shoulders wider. Putting your hand behind your back and grabbing your wrist(not arm) gives you confidence(very military) because if forces good posture(our body language is comfortable because of our mood and vice versa). Keeping your chin parallel to the ground at all times is a very confident pose.

If you want to stand pretty dominant you can put your hands on your belt buckle or through your belt loops to frame your junk. Western movies are known for this and it does look very dominant. Sticking your hands in your pockets can look frail and weak as if you are hiding if at all possible let your hands hang out of your pockets.

when we're walking or sitting down are we meant to have our backs arche?
and what about the breathing? do we breath from our chest, mid section or lower section?
