how to escalate to touching

there is this girl she is part of a college club/organization that I joined

what I was wondering is how can I escalate to touching?

I was thinking after getting to know her I can uses the palm reading routine to escalate to kino any other Ideas?
I want to make the touching seem natural and not creepy

I havent spoken to her yet before cause today was are first meeting for the club

on the long run, touch everyone (also guys) to get used to it.
