This is just the subjective study of PU. You still need the practical.
Remember i m only done with 20% preparation for being a real PUA. and quite frankly, i still have to get over my AA. But nevertheless, i thought to share what i went

through till now.

All this material you already know, but need a reference point to.

you know how you feel when there was somebody who could just listen to you, dont share his opinion, but just listen? quite a satisfying experience isnt it? well, there

was nobody who could listen all this i've written below, so i decided to write it like i m talking to myself. then i thought maybe i could share this with people who

feel like me, after all i could come this far only because some other person shared what he felt, irrespective what i felt...

APPROACH COMMENTS
=================

The reason why I feel uncomfortable with Mystery method, though I just only have a brief idea of what it really is, is that Mystery method may not be able to give me

much success here in India than in else part of the world due to the cultural differences. Also, David Wygant's proposal that shifting a women's thoughts to something

really new is like closing the deal before even opening it. But also, I don't quite find the idea of a simple "Hows the coffee here" strong enough as an opener,

although the way David Wygant says it, with absolute conviction and male want, I feel like it can be pulled of.

This dilemma basically divides the whole game into three ways of seducing, currently excluding the contents of Carlos's Secrets of Alpha Male.

First is obviously going all the way the mystery method. But what I feel about Mystery Method is that it might not work under some conditions. That there is a

particular aura about Mystery method. I think that the mystery method would work best on sets with many people. But again, doing that would require immense self

confidence.

Second part is about the Alex Coulson's way of seducing women. From all his videos i've seen, he keeps it simple to three steps - Open, Attract and close. The reason

why I like Alex Coulson's approach maybe contributed to his cute looks and sweet Australian accent, but what attracts me transcends these local barriers. He is

charasmatic, his facial expressions along with body language just captivate his audience, though this is where his accent and looks come in play, but his aura when

seducing is just alluring. I like Alex's day game a lot that it motivates me to successfully pull of a day game. Mystery has a particular attitude, like if you don't

like it fuck off, or the middle finger routine on HB10, which makes Mystery what he is. I envy this attitude and personality because this is how Librans are, although

Mystery is not a libra, he was almost very close on being one, and people born during the transitions days of birth signs, do possess some qualities of other signs, or

that's what I believe. So in the nutshell, I want to be like both of them. Basically, Alex's charisma towards female and Myster's Attitude towards Males. That seems

like contradictory but i believe there is way to pull it off.

The third way is more like a general way i am guessing because it includes the methods of Lance Mason's, Carlos Xuma's, David Deangelo's. Now currently i haven't done

much study of this part of the game but i believe this part of the game actually would support the above two parts. Now i currently haven't explored the above two

parts in detail, i was just checking what all stuff i have, i think its now time to make my own approach method and the way i m going to attract and seduce women.

Below is how i plan to improve my skills.

EDUCATION: ALPHA MALE QUALITIES
===============================

The most important thing i've learnt untill now is the Alpha Male Qualities. Not only in dating and seducing do Alpha Male qualities come in hand, but in all other

areas of life. Actually i find life quite like a women, you have to seduce both the get maximum pleasure

Now I am breaking the Alpha Male qualities into various parts according to the text that is available to me:

1. Remove Beta Man Qualities or What are Beta Man Qualities or What is Beta Man:- Carlos Xuma Secrets of Alpha Male: The number one spot is for the text Secrets of

Aplha Man. Now i havent fully read this text but i've read about first two dics and it gives a healthy insight to Beta man characteristics. It gives a wonderful view

of what or how or who a beta man is and how he operates in this world, and provides a good insight to the cause of the creation of a beta man.

2. Confidence:- This is some heavy shit because all the artists i've read and watched, all of them say confidence is the ultimate thing you can ever have. Now not only

do artists say it, i also feel that if i had a little more confidence, i could approach that hot girl sitting on the bench reading and atleast talk to her. I've also

learnt that confidence can be learnt in two ways - experience and NLP. I find NLP is cheating so i wont discuss it.

Basically what is confidence? i find a negative definition of confidence more appealing to me. Confidence is not having those negative thoughts which destroy your

chances of success. Negative thoughts usually occur of those things which do not fall in your comfort zone. So to increase your confidence is to increase your comfort

zone. Now there is a thing called Body Language Confidence but we'll discuss it in Body Language point. To increase your comfort zone, you take small small steps to

conquer the alien zone. You move in small steps, learn to be relax and comfortable in the alien territory. When you conquor the alien territory, it becomes your

domenstic territory and voila, you expand your comfort zone. Now the only way you can expand your comfort zone is by doing stuff that you just cant do.

One thing i would like to add about confidence is that it leaks. It leaks from one part of your life to another. And the good thing is if you are confident about one

thing in your life, you that confidence to build confidence in other parts of life.

3. Body Language:- What i basically understand of body language is that it only conveys your confidence. PickUp101 Body Language is a perfect text for building a great

body language. actually till now, excluding PickUp101's Physical Confidence, it the only thing which explains a lot about body language.

Body Language actually makes you confident. you see according to Lance Manson, confidence is all about how relax you are and how comfortable you feel, and in reality

that is what confidence is. so there are certain tricks and postures which trick ur mind in believing you are relax and comfortable and hence you are confident. with

enough practice, you become confident.

now the best way to be confident in alien environment is to use confidence generated from body language. you see body cannot lie, hence the mind believes what the body

is believing. so one way of building confidence is to act confidence. PickUp101's Body Language is just about that.

4. Charismatic Conversations:- i dont remember if any artist said this is a trait of an alpha man or not, but i feel that it should be one, cuz beta males cant hold

the conversation and control it their way. So Carlos's Secrets of Alpha Man, Alpha man conversations, Cocky Comedy and other skills should be some text that would

strengthen this part.

How to be more confident?

I've find these ways to best build confidence when you've hit the road and simple can't find the strength to gain confidence from experience. These steps actually

motivate you to DO stuff. Remember, there is no way to gain experience other than doing it. Else every other person would be whatever he wished. Experience teaches a

lot!

First way is by making and keeping promises

1. Make Promises:- Make small promises to yourself about doing something. Make sure you make only those promises that you can keep.

2. Be Committed:- Once you've made a promise, be committed to keep it. Make sure there is no way in hell you are going to break it.

3. Reward:- Reward yourself once you've completed a promise.

4. Make some more: A little by little increase the dimensions of your promises. Promise to do things that you won't normally do, and use the confidence from previous

success's to finish new promises.

Promise yourself i will approach atleast 5 women today.

Second way is bar the thoughts which are preventing you from doing stuff. now to do this is you can watch videos of celebrities hitting on girls, if you target is to

hit on girls. The main aim is when you think of hitting a girl, the thought of failure or any negative thought shouldn't occur. Instead, the thoughts that do occur

should be the ones that you want yourself to be. Keep watching videos and listening to audios till all your mental pictures are replaced by the outcome you desire.

How to keep yourself motivated to do whatever that you want to do?

1. The best way to keep your self motivated is by listing reasons why you want to do that thing in the first place. Like make a list of reasons why you want to lose

weight. Here's an example:- i will be able to feel good naked ONLY IF i exercise and lose lose weight. The format is simple: i will be able to _____ ONLY IF i do _____
interesting huh?

2. The other way is to surround yourself with pictures of the outcome you desire. This step is actually keeping your mind focused on something. Here this is how i feel

it: suppose our brain can hold only 10 pictures. now we do stuff that we thing. if we think negative, we do negative stuff and vis a versa. so its our choice to fill

our brain with whatever we want. why not fill it with positive images of the outcome we desire? fill all the ten image space will positive outcome images and you will

have no space for negative images. awesome isnt it? paste outcome pictures on ur study table, fridge, any where.

3. Pain / Pleasure Principle: (AWaken the Gaint Within): This principle basically states that the explanation for any human action is because of the pleasure or pain

associiated with it. you can work this to your benefit by associating more pain of not having what you want and immense pleasure of having what you want. Basically

this is so heavy a shit i recommend you read Awaken the Giant Within. That dude is many times better than me.

PLAN FOR REMAINING 80%
======================

i've divided the plan about how to go about the remaining 80% of the PUA stuff into three parts:


1. Mastering Alpha Man Qualities: Since this is the very root of everything i do, it forms a separate part of the plan and deserves the utmost importance and hence it

is number one. Here is the text which i plan to follow and the expectations from each one.

Carlos's Secrets of Alpha Man, Alpha Man conversations, Approach Women Now, Cocky comedy, PickUp101's Body Language, Physical Confidence, Charismatic conversations and

Fearless Firt Impressions should be enough to cover the theory of Alpha Male Qualities. Practicing remains. Whenever you get a chance to get out, just practice Alpha

male qualities.


2. Make my own approach: the way to do is to study completely the mystery's and 3rd way of seducing(as mentioned above). taking notes and making a way that suits my

personality and makes me feel good about what i am doing. the steps include exploring myster's method completely. David's inner game, neil's annialation method (which

i think i haven't mentioned above cuz i seriously i dont know anything about).


3. Doing it all: no matter where i / u stand in theory lessons, using small steps to practically approaching women is the 3rd part. i plan to take a friend along to a

busy street where i will get over my AA by simply saying hi to random passing girls. this is also an excellent way to practice body language and alpha male qualities

relating to confidence.

So this is all for now. I'll update this text once i make some more progress. i hope that someone finds it usefull..

Experience beats theory and eventhough I appreciate your contribution, it would've been much more usefull being able to tell what worked for you and how you've improved. It's easy to find a summary and great books with practical theories (like Gambler's free book at puatraining.com), but it's hard to find good information on some real situations and that's what the forum is for.
Don't take it the wrong way, but you should start with actually improving yourself and telling afterwards what you did and how it worked out, it'll be much more appreciated.

thats one part of a sad story.. not approaching.. i feel a bit left out if i go alone.. i dont know how to b social at all.. like i need to go through all the rules and how to meet people like guide u know..

so help me out here :-/

go out and start talking to people. Forget about what you read.


Just do it, you'll get used to it.


I read like 5 books on pick-up, haven't finished reading one of em. Except for the game, but imo that's entertainment.

Instead I went out, did stuff, figured out my weakspots and focused on that with additional reading.

You'll hear loads of 'just do it!!!!11!!one!!1' but I know how it feels. I haven't totally gotten rid of my AA but I go for it 70% of the times I see an opportunity. The thing is you want to but something is keeping you back and it sucks. Simply hearing some other guy on a forum (with AA himself) say blabla just do it, won't do the trick for you. My best advice is to get a friend, through your current social network who is good socially/good with women/wants to learn, just someone who has no AA or is really motivated to improve. Make a bet or whatever you want and push eachother to approach. i.e. your friend picks a suitable set and makes you approach, everytime you don't approach you have to give him a dollar. The thing is, you've got nothing to lose, but now you do! but only if you do NOT approach.

Another way to help you get rid of AA is to join a new class, for example join a cooking class, take dance lessons or acting lessons. Don't do it together with a friend but start alone. You'll be forced to meet new people and socialize. You'll make new friends, get more used to meeting new people, learn a skill and acting lessons even improve your confidence by alot.

Going out alone is hard, you feel weird about it and it just don't do. I really haven't gone out alone either and eventhough I should sometime it just feels weird. So I'm not going to say that you'll have to go out alone. However, you can just go shopping alone. Nothing wrong with a guy going to the mall or whatever and just look at stores. You might get a taste of new fashion and maybe upgrade your wardrobe sometime. Say hi to people in stores and maybe ask opinions about fashion. It won't have anything to do with pick-up (unless you want to) and yet you'll improve socially.

I can't help but writing long post, haha, but I hope it gives you some ideas and motivation to get rid of your AA. These things have worked for me and still do. I'll keep working on getting rid of my AA completely and I hope you do the same! Goodluck!

I will tell you the way to keep a football under control easily during keepy ups.

keeping it spinning backwards and alternate each feet

Remember that exact sentence word for word, now go outside with your football and see what happens (assuming you can't do many keepy ups ofc).

That's a dumb analogy but when you talk to a woman in a bar, will you all of a sudden be the product of those 15 books or so? You'll remember nothing and you find out you;ll just be having a normal conversation with her.

I've read one PUA book. It's called The Game.

There's nothing wrong with reading loads.

The key is to match each amount of reading with an equal amount of experience, before you begin to read more.

Otherwise, if, reading > experience = AA, because you have too much to think about relative to your experience.

That is why people who know less in many cases will learn faster, provided they have a certain degree of confidence.

Yea thats what i did, i called up a friend and asked him him to spare one hour for me tomorrow.. i plan to go out to a shopping mall and do the newbie challenge.. being with him might give me a little security plus i could make rejection a challenge by making him do the same.
yup exactly like that.. but he is socially very good with girls so i dont know whether he'll take the initiative to talk or not.. if he doesn't bingo i know his weak point

thats a helluva advice dude.. my college starts like in 10 days so i m thinking to join some clubs to socialize more, plus i'l learn a skill no harm in that lol why dint i think of this before..
you wouldn't believe how much time i m spending on this stuff.. nearly 10 hours.. but that is all theory.. god i really need to do a practical .. well i do know i might forget everything in an instant, so to avoid that i m keeping notes from everything i read.. like i make a small comment or description and arrange it chronologically with other notes.. and i have my own method tailor suited according to me i revise the notes everyday, but good god i need a practical.. well, imma get over the AA today n let you all know how did it go..
this is heavy shit lol, but i think i can understand it.. thats y 33% of the 80% remaining is now pure action and practical experience on my part.. done deal.. imma go out today n blow the ahem off my AA

one of the biggest bottlenocks for me is i am not able to get a friend whom i can talk to about pickup.

they are all hippocrates !! as for the naturals they surely will laugh at a person learning a thing like "how to be good with girls" dat comes naturally to them !!
