Today when gaming a girl on campus i realised something...

She was telling me about her kick ass weekend at some paint event in town and about how amazing it was.

When i walked away i was thinking "holy shit she just did a whole lot of qualifying of herself to me,and that it was so over the top i was less attracted to her"

then i realised that she sounded exactly like alot of PUA's do when they tell DHV stories... but in the end it had been more of a DLV like she was trying to prove herself/impress.

What do you guys think... is telling stories to impress a DHV or DLV?

If you're telling it directly to the target then it will come off as a DLV because you're bragging. However if its a 2,3,4 set etc.. you tell it to your targets friends so that she hears you, but because you're not telling it directly to her, its a DHV.

if it comes off as bragging when you tell it directly to the target, wouldnt it still come off as bragging in a bigger group? i dont see what changes.

can you give an example of telling a DHV story without sounding like your bragging.
