Im 18, live in san clemente, drive a nice car and have nice stuff(come from an upper middle class family), and im in pretty good shape and would consider myself good looking i guess. my problem is that i attendeded independent study school for high school in order to work and pursue other opportunities. i feel like i have the confidence and appearance to pick up girls, but i just dont know how to go about talking to them or finding them. ill be starting college soon so i feel i really need to improve rather quickly. thanks in advance.

I'd start out with reading material that has been reviewed well or especially videos. Something like Gambler's stealth attraction is pretty good and free. I wouldn't pay a ton of money right now at least... you're young and there's a lot of material and forums to get your feet wet. There are a lot of PUAs with material. Be open to trying many new things that might seem counter intuitive sometimes.

Just to let you know though, college game is somewhat different than "real world" game. Girls work the same way but social circles are more important.
