This guy definitely seemed to mix the sleaze with a hint of humor but it was nearly more the fact that he was always smiling, always making eye contact and saying everything like he 100% believed it was awesome, he also came across alot more "in your face" that a normal individual. There seemed to be no discrimination whatsoever in the girls he'd choose, he'd just roll up to the hottest chicks in the place and not once did he get slapped in the face or a bad reaction. I'm assuming it was his outrageous self confidence and sense of humor that allowed the sleaze to seem acceptable. And if you're wondering he wasn't bad looking but def not astoundingly good-looking.

And I've already started to attempt to "mog" this dude. We were out the next night and I just decided to channel my inner sleaze bag to see what happened; basically pulled a really hot girl, she was wearing a see through top so I told her that the fact that I could see her bra and her fantastic breasts was "offensive to my people" and that she should "put away her awesome tits".
