No. PUA just helps you to enable yourself to get girls. Whether you want to have a LTR with them or just fuck them, that's up to you.

The nature of most guys (and most girls) is to like to have sex. Most guys will generally 'hump and dump.' Well obviously if most guys do that then you are going to see it a lot, even in PU.

So it is not right to assume that the whole idea of being a PUA is just to fuck girls. It isn't. All being a PUA means is that you can GET girls.

Too many people put a bad name on PU because they think "oh it's just a way to get women into bed." But there's a lot of decent men out there that go for the LTR. Even the ones that fuck a lot of women settle down eventually (usually).

Most girls do ONS.

And most girls want LTRs eventually but that depends on if you are fitting with her or not.

And most PUAs look for either ONS or LTRs or even MLTRs. Even though most PUAs get laid more than AFCs they are not necessarily out to get laid as much as possible and doesnt necessarily avoid LTRs if they present themselves. It depends on the PUA. I mean most PUAs change their goals depending on how far they have progressed. And rAFC just want a ONS, possibly also want to get rid of AA, learn the MM, learn to DHV. Later on as a PUA you get ONS so you want to find a SHB with GF qualities, or possibly a FB. When you got the PUA part down, you start looking to settle down, you have had your fun so why not go for a LTR or MLTR with a HB or 2, its pretty nice to have a GF you know.

The point of PUA is to increase your options. You can have a ONS (one night stand), a FB (fuck buddy), A LTR, or a MLTR (multiple long term relationships), or even marriage with an HB (hot babe) of your choosing. Or you can have none of those and simply increase your fun when you're out on the town. It feels great to talk to and receive attention from the opposite sex, even if you don't get your dick wet every time.

AFCs do get laid. They get girlfriends and they have relationships. But they don't have as many options because they are not skilled at picking up and engaging a variety of women.

And you can read the "terms of importance" thread that is stickied on this forum to familiarize yourself with pickup slang.
