It is so much easier because every time you try to translate, each party will give off a sort of bashful look which goes back to grade school days and is somehow incredibly seductive. Perfect opportunity to talk slow and seductively as well.

It all depends on where you go to in these cities. I live in Prague and honestly most young people speak at least some English. Enough to understand you while you pick them up. The main issue is that the city is completely over run by tourists and the local girls do not want to speak to you if you are one. You have to make them believe that you live there and you need strong game because the best ones have big bitch shields. One of their false objections you'll hear will be not speaking English or being married but these are usually lies and are easily overcome. You have to just show them that you know a little Czech even if you sound like an idiot and cannot even make a sentance. You need to work hard to pick up a 9 or 10 without speaking Czech but finding girls who speak English and are friendly is not difficult. The good thing is that a Czech 7 is like a British/American 9. You can kiss close pretty much every time you go out and get a minimum of five numbers even if you don't know more than a word of Czech.

Also Germany girls mostly DO speak English. If you go to less developed parts of the former East Germany then you will have problems finding people who speak English. If you go to the major economic areas such as Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt, Koln, Dusseldorf etc... pretty much everyone will speak English. You like with Czechs, they will often test you before speaking to you in English because they have an objection to brush you off with before even saying a word to you. If you don't give off an image of confidence then people will pretend to not understand you because they think you are an AFC.

Final point is that you do not need to speak to get laid in this region. My friend who is an AFC picked up an 8 off the street in Ostrava (poor industrial town in E.Czech Rep) by just asking if she wanted sex after he found out she didn't speak English. I was there for two nights and got laid multiple times. Rural Slovakia is even easier and less people there speak English. The girls here love sex like any others in the world but their culture makes it less dirty and therefore they do not put up bitchshields. If they want sex they will have it because their society/culture is less judgemental than in W.Europe of the US.

In France and Spain most natives do not speak English, but from my experiance here is a list of places where most young people will speak good English:

Basically most places in Europe are good. You can get laid anywhere IF you believe in yourself. If you are not confident you wil be brushed away instantly based on the language excuse. I have lived here for three years now and when I first came here I was an AFC. Noone eer spoke English. Amazingly for the last year or so everyone speaks English now I am confident and approach them with a smile rather than looking scared or nervous. I can even pickup waitresses who don't speak a word of English just by being a bastard in them in English when they know I can speak some of their language. It really doesn't matter where you are, if you have game you will score!

I just got back from Warsaw and Paris, and Paris was very hard to sarge since most girls English sucked and it was impossible to talk to them in a loud club.

Warsaw was really good though... the girls could speak English fluently plus they were very attractive. There isn't a lot to see in Warsaw in terms of tourist sites, but in terms of game it can be very fun...

I agree with what you say LunaRossa. I do agree that it is pretty possible even it is more difficult. But then again, there are a lot of guys who don't have to use verbal game. The kind of guys who use their looks, muscular body, who are tall and confident and such. Those are also the kind of people who have the most succes in foreign countries. I'm not that tall so I have my verbal game to make it up for. But that makes it way more difficult abbroad.

I didn't know that there are pretty much people who can speak English in Eastern Europe. Then again I still think their level of English is avarage. I've been to Prague and I remember that there were a lot of people who couldn't speak decent English.
I agree on Scandinavia and the Netherlands, they speak pretty well English there. In Belgium English level is pretty poor to my opinion, especially in the French speaking parts. About Germans On television and of the people who I've met there are either those who speak it pretty well and those who suck in it. In the UK and Ireland they speak English as the best but there slang is almost too difficult to understand.
In France and Southern Europe you can almost forget it.

Few weeks ago, when I was still in my hometown Brussels, I went out in a bar. I met there a french speaking friend who can speak pretty good dutch (my language), and he invited me and a friend to his table where he was sitting with 2 girls, friends of him, who couldn't speak a word of dutch and almost no english. I used my french, which was pretty ok. I gamed pretty well that night and the girl who sat closest to me was pretty into me.

I think that girls, and people in general, do realy appreciate it if you try to speak their language. With girls, it's a DHV, and they will think it's cute that you try hard to speak it well and they find it sexy.

I do believe it's quite possible to game foreign girls who don't speak your language and I'm not pessimistic about it.

Still, that went easy because that friend introduced us to them, so that we were directly "in". The ice was immediatly broken.

The most difficult part is the opener. I often crash there because they don't speak your language or english, and in loud clubs it makes it ten times more difficult. Opening foreign girls with a common line like "do you think it's ok for your boyfriend to still have contact with his ex girlfriend?" is realy stupid.

I was much in Holland for the last 2 weeks. It's the place where I come from and where I am going to study. It's true that dutch people are more open and receptive, but gaming and opening costs few confidence if you can do it with your own people and in your own language. To open and game foreign girls however, asks more courage, confidence and skills then with your own people.

I don't think looks are that big a deal here in the club scene here. I admit that I am lucky. I am not a male model and do not have the most athletic body, but I am tall and reasonably good looking, probably a 7 if women judge us. Czech men are so ugly that it helps too. For me I never try to talk to them in their language because I cannot speak it and would just crash and burn.

I just approach confidently in English and ask them some opinion based opener even if in a loudish club. Usually I use one with a sexual theme. For example "my friend's girlfriend kissed another girl, is that cheating?". If her English is great then it'll open her and if she doesn't understand I don't care. I just stand there looking into her eyes smiling. If she doesn't understand I'll tell her it's cute or something and lightly kino her. Then I'll find out her name and take her somewhere by the hand to build some value and further kino before closing.

This region is good because girls are very sexual and submissive and need men who can control them. They are easily led into corners and usually can be kissed quickly. Sometimes you may need the odd word of Czech or Slovak in the intro before they admit to speaking English.

Their usual barrier/false objection is the bf or married one. Usually it's a lie and they are testing you. It can be passed by asking if they're always on the lookout for someone better. They will nearly always say yes so you can just use kino esculation or another kiss. If you think they have a bf you can back away but usually it's just a test. It's also common for them to tell you within 5 minutes of kissing that they will not have sex with you that night. It just means they are horny and want to be taken furher.

Just never approach with the line "do you speak English?" because you are giving them a way out immediately if they don't like the look for you. Instead just assume they do speak English and deal with the problem if they don't understand you. Another thing here is that if you can dance you can close with no speech. My dancing is awful but my wing attends classes and is amazing. He's ofte told by girls he's the best dancer they've been with and they are so submissive in his arms and are easily controlled from here. He can close without speaking even a F close. Girls here are friendly and will happily dance with you even if you do not look like a male model. Just be confident, it is the most important thing.

If you can speak related languages it also works like spanish/portuguese, german/dutch. When travelling I even came up with a routine for braking the ice regarding the language barrier. And works like a charm:)

It's vary rare for young people in Germany not to speak English. I've just come back from there - at a party girls approached me and opened with 'hey, are you the English guy'....Ok, I don't know your nationality but I had a lot of girls telling me they love an english accent. As soon as I mentioned where I'm from, they got interested...

In France too, sure they can speak English. It's just they prefer not too. If you can learn a bit of their language you'll go a long way.

A great tip - just ask them to teach you some useful phrases in their language, or tell them you're a tourist. Worked for me.

In the past week in germany I closed a Ukranian, German and Albanian (K-Close during the day) - But they all liked the fact I was English. No idea why. But I'm not complaining!

Learn some of their language or at very least be willing to try! But DEFINITELY go for it!

Been traveling a lot lately and have some of the same problem. I stay out of the louder parts of the clubs because you can't go all the way with body language. I also try to set stuff up during day game. The best opener I found for the day was "Excuse me, i'm new to this town and i'm wondering what the club scene is like. Like where should I be going." If she asks what kind of nightlife you like or why you are talking to her say "I want to go to whatever club girls like you go to (gesture broadly to her whole body). In fact how would you like to adopt an American, just for tonight?" If she starts to not take you up on this interrupt and say "If you don't, i'm just going to follow you around like a puppy" Obviously body language is key. Also this might not fit your style.
