Great topic! I can so totally relate. I don't hit on women often not because I'm afraid but because of the energy and effort it takes! It is so mentally exhausting. Some days I see so many attractive women and the thought of how much effort I need to put in makes me tired. It really hinders me from having more relationships. But it's all good I just focus on quality rather than quantity. Thats just how I am.
lol silverback whats that clip in ur avatar from?? That shits awesome!

On topic, I'm not at this point in PU so I don't feel any pressure. Hopefully that won't change.

maybe some of you guys aren't using disqualification/qualification very well.

Girl: "Ha ha you're funny!"
You: "Sometimes, but actually I enjoy chilling out more than making people laugh."

That way you don't have to keep being likable and high energy all the time. You can also qualify her when she starts taking responsibility for having a good time with you.

You: "Ha ha you're funny!"
Girl: "THANKS!!!"

Basic stuff, but it works.

All the greatest football teams spend the majority of their time drilling the basics, kicking accurately, passing the ball, etc. Only a small portion of their time is spent doing "headers" and other advanced stuff. Pickup is exactly like this, mastery comes when you've mastered the basics, and qualification/disqualification is about as basic as it gets.

If you need more details, check out one of Juggler's (Wayne Elise's) ebooks, his words are poignant.

I feel tired too, even when I am my self, not trying to pick anyone up. I mostly think people (including women) are boring. In rare occasions, when I become truly attracted, my brain will start spinning and set me in state naturally. I have accepted this and don't force it anymore. There is no point picking up girls I don't like.

Guys like Mystery, Julien from RSD and many more, don't get their energy from nowhere. I think they get it by the fact there are so many guys looking up to them, trying to learn pickup from them. They get their energy through this validation, all this social proof.

Natural game is a no brainer. I can't understand why anybody would start with routines, to me that is so much harder than natural game. The constant worry of many PUAs seems to be "what if I run out of things to say?". Those awkward silences will only feel awkward if YOU feel awkward. If you have built up enough comfort with eye contact and Kino those silences are what you're waiting for, so you can move in for the kiss. Use superior alpha body language so she has to talk up to you and qualify herself. This not only emotionally invests her in you but also means you do less talking and more listening (thus saving mental energy).
