having problems on gtting girls hooked

So i don't a problem initially attracting girls but seem to have a problem keeping them hooked. Aside from one but i'm not really into her as much as I am some other girls.

I am beig cocky/funny, playful so I can't see what I am doing wrong. The only thing i noticed is that I have not been able to establish an emotional connection simply because the first few times I talk to them, I am just playful and getting o know them.

Am I missing something? =/
