Hello all. My name is Matt and I am from PA. I am new to this forum and need some help with a girl (obviously). The situation is that this girl a year ago had a boy friend and is currently broken up with him now. I see her on occasion because she is friends with my buddy's girlfriend. The problem is that my buddy and his girlfriend are pretty much against me in hookin up with this girl. She texts me quite often, her usually initiating the convo. Im just skeptical cuz we talk alot but im not sure if im in the friend zone or what. Is she worth my time? If so, i need some advice on closing. Thanks guys.

I also wanted to mention that my friend, who doesn't want me to get with this girl, talked to her about our "flirting". She told him that it was just playful and that we always do that. I can't tell if she's telling the truth or shes just saying that bc she doesn't want my friend and his girlfriend to know that we're always talkin to each other and flirting.
