I'm just wondering if there's any things you lot do to keep cool and not text or call a girl? Rather than texting day after day

I know one is to keep busy, but when your off work or something and not busy, it can get difficult don't you think?

Has anyone got any other tips? I'm hoping someone will reply, it seems that no one wants to give me any information on here!!
