So this girl has ditched on me the past 2 or 3 times we've been supposed to hang out. I'm not sure where her interest level is but she keeps texting me everyday (just about random stuff). Anyway i left the ball in her court and i'm wondering whether i should still keep contact with her or just ignore her and move on?

No reason not to do both. Although you probably look a bit weak for letting her flake on you three times.
