So last night I went to a dorm party for some friend's 21st bday. It was really cool. There was this one chick that I like a lot, we'll call her HB8.5. Last time I met her I taught her the polar bear handshake before we said goodbye, so she considered me to be quite alpha. But I didn't get her number. So this time when I saw her at this bday party, she instantly introduced me to her cute female friend, whom we'll call HB-Blond.

I was gaming HB-Blond for a while. Everything was going smoothly until this Asian dude interrupted us. I had known him before and I found him to be quite cool and easy-going because we shared the same heritage and so I thought we were cool. But he pulled her to the side and whispered something in her ears that made her go away after that. --> First cockblock of the night!

Ten to fifteen minutes later into the party, HB-Blond lost her Android phone somewhere in the party and HB8.5 was helping her to look for it. I came to their rescue and they asked me to use my phone to ring her phone to locate it. So I got HB-Blond's number by accident. HB8.5 thanked me for helping her to locate her friend's phone. I started using my game, telling her I don't do that for free, blah blah blah. She gave me a big hug, then we heard the music was pretty good so we started dancing with friends at this party. Five minutes later, we were all sweating and having a steamy time. Our body was almost intertwined, then I did a false takeaway by telling her that "I think this is a bad idea!"

Then we stopped dancing for 5-10 minutes, then after that, we got back into dancing, this time HB-Blond approached me first to dance with me. Then I parted HB-Blond to dance wtih HB8.5 and this time we really exploded. I was so close to the point of kissing her until this freaking bitch, whom we'll call HB-bitch, came along (I was actually cooking for HB-bitch and her roommates the day after). She pulled us aside and she separated me from HB8.5 and told me that she need to have a girl talk between the two of them. I'm pretty sure HB-bitch was talking shit about me because I tried to pick her up in the past but I was unsuccessful. After that I knew it was all over so I just left and went to another party at my friend's apartment in the dorm. --> Second huge cockblock of the night!!

Big questions: How should I deal with similar cockblocks in the future? Keep in mind that this is mainly college game. So I know that inner circles matter a lot, but I was gaming outer circles on this night.

Side question: Any good follow-up routine to use with HB-Blond since I got her number already?

Hey holsetymoon, im new to all this but from everything ive read i would say as soon as you see the friend coming over do some Cat String Theory and say, "looks like your friend is coming over to talk to you, i have to leave anyways..." (and turn your back to start walking away) or something along those lines, Good question and it would be nice for a PUG to give you a def. answer

it is possible that the asian dude purposefully blew you out and the hb bitch was responsible for it,
adam lyons once used to bet with guys that he would go home with a girl and make sure that you dont, its quite simple really he'd hook up with a girl, then tell the girl that his 'friend' just had an arguement with his girlfriend and its a bad idea that he is chatting any girl up, so he'd purposefully have the girl he's with go over and blow out the over guys girl, so adam would go home happy and the other guy is now short of cash and a date the other part of that is women talk and they love gossip,
