Well I guess you've been in this situation, it would have been nice to read a field report about what you did, simply because then I could give you better pointers on what went wrong/right. I'm also guessing from the fact that you are posting it like this, that you didn't get anywhere, right?

First of all you've got yourself into a great, but difficult situation. Your first goal must really be just to establish a situation in which you are all comfortable, don't bring out the big guns too quickly. Put on some music (at points here if you know something about the song/ artist talk about it a bit). They brought booze, great so play some drinking games, have some fun, loosen it all up. It needs to become as comfortable as possible, because anything slightly awkward will ruin the chance you have at getting both of them (which is really the only thing you can do at this point).

From here I'm not a 100% sure how I would go about it, possibly with a Style-like dual induction massage, or preferably by slowly but surely changing the frame to a sexual one.
After you drank a bit and flirted a bit, introduce a rule into the game that makes people lose items of clothing. Don't make it strip poker or any game with the sole purpose of getting naked, but a drinking game where if you fuck up you have to take something off.

Basically try and have fun with it, see where it takes you and don't push too early. Read them, feel the tension in the room, notice if it's uncomfortable or sexual and play with that.

yes you were absolutely right, it didnt turn out very well.

this is how the situation went:
I spent the whole day cleaning the house, everything looked okay!

They came 10 minutes early, i was still in the shower. as i came out of the shower i saw 3 missed calls from 1 of the girls. I called back right away, they were downstairs at the apartment, she asked why i didnt open the door. :p
so i tried to open the door but that device to open the door downstairs was broke, it didnt open. so i said i would come down in a minute, i was naked so i quickly put on soem clothes.
they managed to get in already and the door rang, i still hadnt put on a shirt lol
i opened the door bare chested and i welcomed them. I was kinda nervous, i had never done this before.

they brought a bottle of prosecco, and i gave them a quick tour around the apartment then i lead them into my room. as they were getting comfortable i was putting on my clothes, feeling a little bit awkward. i put on some cologne and things were okay. i nearly forgot to ask what they wanted to drink, so i asked. and i got all of us a glass of orange juice.
i had eminem's album "recovery" playing on my computer before i went into the shower, but unfortunately it stopped so i put it back on.

they didnt like it so they changed it to some dance music on youtube.

things were okay but i was kinda nervous and i didnt know what to do, so they suggested to do a drinking game. we blowed cards off the prosecco bottle after each other and the one who blew all the cards off had to take a glass of prosecco.
i was too busy focusing on that game than to show interest in them. i also didnt really like the game it was a stupid dumb game which had no point at all at least thats my opinion.
i felt stupid and boring during that game.

because it went way too quick, the bottle was almost empty after 10 minutes of playing we decided to take a break.
they revealed their cell phones and started texting other guys.

they asked me if i had any friends of my own to come over. honestly i didnt, i called some friends but they were all abroad on a holiday.

i just felt my confidence draining lol it was awkward.
1 of them started checking out friends on their facebook on my computer, and the other was texting friends on her blackberry.

they were nice, and i think they thought i was nice too. but in the end they left early with some lame excuse.

Hey thanks for describing the complete situation, makes it much easier to help. I think I can give you a few more pointers!
For one I usually try and be prepared for anything to happen at my place therefore I always have: a good bottle of whiskey for a special conversation (be it with guy or girl), a couple of beers and some vodka (in case I bring home a group of people to party on), a couple of diverse playlists covering different styles of music but being sure to at least be pleasant. (I spent a lot of time building a good knowledge of music because I've always found it good to have some music going on and I can by now usually put on something the girl will like if not love, which is big points. On top of that I'll know some background or funny little stories to go with the songs so I have a definite topic to talk about if I ever stumble in conversation.
All these things are there to prepare you for something happening at your place and to make YOURSELF comfortable.
The other thing I would mention is how you welcomed them. If you are naked whatever! Through a towel over let them in, leave the doors wide open. Be comfortable in your skin, tell them "I'll be right with you (having to put on some clothes), make yourself at home, there are drinks in the fridge help yourselves..." Just role with it! Who knows if you are confident and good looking enough without being too forward, they might want to have a little peak in your room while you're changing (even if just to mess with you).
And also, don't show them around, they are not some family friends and you don't need their approval of your place, letting them get stuff themselves again helps them to feel at home.
