Hi, everybody new guy. Been reading a good amount and practicing some too.

HOWEVER I've gotten myself into a real pickle. I've become sprung off one of my co-workers. She is currently in a relationship and even though its pretty obvious we both have a thing for each other, it's not gonna happen because of company policy and the bf.

It's not that I'm not gaming others or she is the only one, I just got sprung is all!
As bad as I want this girl I noticed that how she talks or what she says to me throughout the day really affects my mood. And the fact that she checks me out and kind of tries to get my attention doesn't help either. I no longer want anything to do with this lady and just want these feelings to go away.

I see this woman everyday for hours. So since I can't just stop contact or completely ignore her I need tips on how to get unsprung. Help please?

well the cure to oneitis is sleep with 10 other women, or enough until you realize that shes not that different from anyone else. Just remember that you control your thoughts they dont control you.

in my case im definately not cured, but my oneitis in different, cuz there are at least 15 different "ones"

This whole go fuck ten other girls notion - i just dont agree with.

A girl is special to you if you have a connection, chemistry, attraction and a liking to her qualities. so going fucking another girl or ten wont cure it cos the oneitis is still the same and the situation with her is still the same.

Why do people have relationships etc? because they like each other and the girl or the guy is "special" so saying that by shagging other girls you will realise that the oneitis girl is not special is a ludicrous notion.

the only way is never to see her again which hurts and sometimes your mind doesnt comprehend that you wont see her again but after a while you kinda forget thinkin although the feeling may reduce but will not completely go away. Ultimately you just get used to the feeling etc.
