Cast your mind back to high school and remember who got the girls and who didn't . It isn't just social proof that is massive factor in high school its also negging/teasing. They weren't afraid to break the usual boring conversation and tease her.

I'm in high school now and the guys who do best with girsl are the ones who tease them, boys who just compliment girls are seen as soft and too nice. They telegraph their interest too early by giving insincere compliments that they feel will impress her. By negging you make the relationship more fun as well because you aren't afraid to point out eachothers faults so there's less pressure.Think about if a boy always complimented a girl, she would feel under pressure to look the same way to get the same compliment.

Negging and teasing are similar in some aspects but your really talking about teasing .

Negging soul purpose is to knock the girl off her own pedastool ( of wow im amazing guys will do anything for me im so pretty) by playing on her insecurities . Think back to the days when you were in school and someone said you had a spot or something wrong with you . You ( if you were anything like me )you wouldnt feel all so awesome you get away with this by doing it in a light hearted manner were its quite numerous so she doesnt punch you . Buy nocking her off her own pedastool she is more easily gamed . Basicaly negging is a gaming catylst
