Do i always neg in my routine or only on hb8's higher?

Depends on a lot of things. It depends on your personality, on the personality of the girl, on the style of pua your using, on the environment your using it in, and especially how well you are at using negs.

You have to play it by ear. Negs are an effective tool when used properly, but it has to be natural. If she senses that your just using negs to get a reaction out of her, she will sense you as disingenuous. You should naturally peeper in a few negs into a conversation, if needed, along with a upbeat attitude and a comical delivery. Don't over use the negs, more is not better.

Also don't use negs for the sake of using negs. You use negs to kind of shift the power of the interaction to your side. If she's already into you and things are going smoothly, there is no need to neg. But if she seem standoffish or stuck up, you can use a neg to shift power toward your side and peak her interest.

Negs are an interesting abnormality in female psychology. The basic concept is that women have a self-image which their ego tries to defends. When you give a neg, you are attacking her self-image and her ego kicks in to defend it. The ego does this by trying to prove the opposite of what you said. The ego is one of the most powerful motivating forces in a person's psychology, so it can make a woman do some odd things.
Basically women walk around thinking they are the shit, when you tell them they aren't, they try to prove that they are, and they try to prove it to you.

i neg when they give me shit in set. when they become sassy or bitchy i will then neg and act the same in return, and most of the time tell them that.

i dont always neg cause there is no need to, you can keep a really good convo and even if its a super hot girl dont NEED to neg, you will sometimes come off as insecure if you always neg hot girls cause if you get one that is a smart girl who isnt insecure she will catch it i promise you
