So I was talking to one of my female friend today, (i have known her for about 3 years, and consider her a friend, not someone to game)
Anyways to cut a long story short, she cam to the conclusion and told me upfront. I don't have charm, instead i have just very good manipulation skills. For the first time in a long time i was speechless, i actually couldn't think of something to say of the spot. Now do you think its just because she is one of my good female friends she knows me to well, or am i doing something wrong? I mean what have done/am doing is definitely working. But what are your thoughts?

all about the subtext. were you discussing your gaming/winning girls over etc at the time this came out?

if so, probably she was uncomfortable about your success (being a close female friend, she put you in the "asexual" category in her head. your current success makes her think of you sexually. or she's getting jealous.)

Charming = Manipulation

She's probably seen you turn your game on and turn it off. She has seen you change when a hot girl enters the picture and change back when you two are alone. So it would seem very manipulative from her perspective. But all people, men and women, are manipulative around the opposite sex. We all put our best face forward and hide our flaws, its just natural. But in your case there is probably a huge difference between your off game persona and your on game persona. And that's why she called you out on it.

manipulation isnt really a bad thing its not even a bad word, your boss manipulates you into doing your job his way with money, your parents manipulate you when you go home and say 'i wanna be a rock star' and they talk you into doing accounting or IT, your friends manipulate you when you say i wanna go to this bar and you want to go to another and you end up going to the one they wanted,

charm is just a way to get, what we want in a sense its essentially fake,
you're charming to your boss to get your raise or promotion or even succeed at a job interview, yes charm works in getting a girl into bed,

i admit i m both charming and manipulative and thats not a bad thing its because theres a stigma with both of them its not as if im threatening or abusing or drugging or assualting or anything like that
