Ok i have trying to act more like a leader when i am with my friends/school mates and i find it extremely hard to control the interaction when there like more than 4 people.

They talk so fast that is so hard to find a time to speak slowly and clearly, they often subdivide in 2 or more subjects between the people on the group, if other people come into the group sometime they put themself on front of me.

Any help? thanks
