So in my class I have set up a "study" session with a friend of mine (not into pickup) and two girls.

How would you guys suggest I proceed?

This is a pretty vague statement. Are these girls under the impression that you are literally studying or is there some attraction there? If you are hanging out with two girls later, what is the question or issue?
