4 a.m. and today I'm the guy who goes home alone, after seeing how a friend got a lady in a smooth way.

Quietly, I stood in the club watching everyone, checking who could be the next girl; I turned around to see my friend watching a girl with a smooth eye contact, he stood there just watching her. 5 minutes later the girl approach him and asked a random question, he was on.

I approach some sets but nothing clear, and by the end of the night I was alone.

Don't you ever think you will always get the girl, don't you ever think you will have 100% of success, be ready to crash and burn, be ready to enjoy it, and also enjoy the exquisite pain of seeing your friend walk out with a girl.

At the end there is a lesson, you just have to remember the night... Remember the smell of the perfume of the girl that passed next to you and how you hesitate, remember who you are and know what you want. Use eye contact before approaching and even wait for an invitation if you want.

I really like this post for many reasons.

1. It is the human quality you phrase very well.

2. I like the bit about your friend or other guy who walks out with the girl why you walk home alone.
And you are happy for him.
3. I am not so sure you failed at all.
It was a strange night and very warm, not many people out that night ????
4. The heat i believe probably played a bigger part than you think !!
5. The vibe everywhere i went was not quite right last night, even the beer did not go down as well.

Besides if you were to succeed every night you would become big headed.

I think there is also a trouble with being very good at picking up girls.

Sometimes you can premeditate too far - like how you are going to bang her, what you will do afterwards.
