I'm interested in learning about push-pull, it's the one technique I don't know anything about and cannot find any material on it. Could I get some examples? I imagine it's pushing the girl away, then pulling her in but well, I'm clueless lol thanks

Push-pull is making a statement or gesture that indicates disinterest followed by a statement or gesture that indicates interest. I prefer to do it backwards, such as: "You're so cute! (pull) ... it's disgusting! (push)"

Essentially it subcommunicates that you're more interested in having a good time than you are sleeping with or otherwise seducing the girl. Here's a longer example that includes verbal and nonverbal push-pull:

Imagine you're dropping a girl off at her house after a great date.
Her: I had a really great time tonight! ("I want you to kiss me.")
You: Really? I had a terrible time! ("My main goal is to have fun and I don't care whether I sleep with you or not." - push)
Her: *hits you* You did not! ("OK, now I really want you to kiss me.")
You: *kiss her* - pull

Simple as.
