I did indeed get the heart rate up this morning. Cardio go-go dance. Yep. Sounds cheesy, and the DVD isn't as go-go as I had thought it'd be (I was thinking club type stuff), but it gets my butt moving. People should be thankful that I have the awareness to know to keep my ass in check. Or at least try to-- was in a fitting room today with those mirrors everywhere, my God! Frightful (and mildly depressing) sight!


This is what she wrote to me. Now i'm thinking about commenting on the cardio gogo thing cuz damn it it's wide open. Something like "are you trying to seduce me" or "were you hoping this would be useful soon?" and the responding that it's good she's working about but the part about her in the fitting room is something that boggles me.

Dude the entire post boggles me. I'd love to try and help man but i'm not sure what going on. Is this the first message? If so then... weird. If not then show us what you spent before so we can have a bit of background on it. Thanks brother

I would reply with a neg like "The main thing is that you at least got into the fitting room! So there's still hope for you. Besides, you could be sweatin' with the oldies or playing deal a meal, right?"

Then you can roll into..

"Since you're putting in so much effort into looking good, perhaps you'll be rewarded soon for all your hard work."

If she digs deeper, then continue stacking. This may eventually end up leading to a meet up in which you remind her that you hanging with her is her reward and that she should at least show you appreciation and buy the first round....

Alright, the story is that she is coming down to see me in a week. Before that message she writes to me that she went to sleep early and woke up way too early. So, I simply replied back asking her if she did anything productive like working out or eating a good breakfast.

I wasn't thinking about negging her about the fitting room cuz man that's a pretty big neg to herself already. I'm planning to neg her about the gogo dance thing.
