this opener might be gold for you American fellows because it givs you an idea of how much the HB knows about the community. For me, Im from the netherlands, its really simple, no one knows about PUA-stuff, so I can use all the old shit as well..

I would never admit to reading a PUA book.

I also can use all the old stuff...

It works better sometimes when you let them know you know about pick up. How many women does Mystery tell that he's a master PUA and still he gets them. It intrigues them and they don't believe that stuff works, so it breaks down barriers.

yesterday fieldtested this opener. It works (kiss closed), but must agree that its better to keep our community secret. Again, I can use all the old stuff, but thought it could come in handy for the american brothers on this forum..

This weekend I was at a big festival and I happened to meet up with a few guys who were interested in pickup. So I sat down and started give them some openers and lines when this girl (HB8) I met earlier came up and joined the conversation. Being the master that I am I started testing different openers and lines with her, busting on her ass right in front of all those guys so that they get th idea what flirting is like.
Soon enough though they challenged me to actually pick up some girls. I don't think twice before approaching and launching into some simple routines. I'm not three minutes into the conversation when the first girl comes up to me and kisses. Messy make out with a near f-close, but I turned her down last minute.

The point here is that while knowing pick up could be a turn off for some women, being able to pick up any women is a BIG turn on as it shows you do not need to be with her and can choose to be with any woman. Jealousy is probably just as powerful as actual attraction.

So at this point I continue with the material anyway, but am so befuddled I crash the set to get out of there. I wasn't expecting that at all. It might be better used for daygame, but for now I won't be using it at night.

well admitting to reading a pua book would DLV on your part. i must say that is kind of clever but i think you can do better with an opener that doesnt work against you. also, later they could look it up and find that you are just scripting straight out of the book then they will just think your fake and never talk to you again

Okay, this isn't exactly an original idea. I actually field tested pretty much the exact same thing, and let me tell you how it went down both times.

PUA: So have you ladies seen that show on VH1, the PUA?

HBs: No...no...no.

HB1: Yeah, I'm a VH1 freak!

PUA: So let me ask you a question then...do you think that shit actually works?

HB1: Oh, I see what your trying to do...your trying to be the PUA.

HBs: Oh, that Mystery guy?

HB1: Yeah, him

HBs: Did you read that book?

PUA: What book?

HBs: You know that book that the show is based on?

PUA: No, I've heard of it. Some other girl was telling me about it.

HB1: Oh, so you ARE a PUA.


Pretty much heres the thing...when discussing this topic, there ARE TONS of pitfalls and traps open for you. If you can tiptoe through every one and have a strong frame, it'll work. But so will any other opener. This is a very hard opener because if the the set isn't receptive of the show, than you've blown your frame and need recovery because they'll either ask you about it, or say no and that'd be the end.
