Being a bartender has a lot of advantages - prospective hook-ups come up to me to get drinks, so that kills a lot of the approach anxiety (although when I'm on break or not in work, it's back instantly).

On the other hand, since I work at a fairly busy club, I only have a few minutes here and there to run game. Say, 60 seconds per order. So, if I'm lucky, a girl that's maybe interested will come up three maybe four times - that's still not much.

Anybody else have experience working behind a bar? Share some 'openers' (I suppose they're already 'opened' in ordering their drink, but you understand) ways of building attraction in these short little flirt sessions, keeping their interest enough while they're out there with a billion horny guys on the prowl who AREN'T busy doing their job?

You have an advantage over the other men that you seem to have missed, you are the bartender, you are the man thats making it possible for them to enjoy their night, and unlike the other men.. All the women are going to be interacting with you at some point which is huge social proof!
You just need to learn how to tease over anything and everything.
you: are you sure you want beer, thats a mans drink, youv only got a thin body, i dont think you could handle many of these.

wink, then go to next customer. Simple stuff like that dude.
