This girl I'm seeing, we do like each other a lot.
But we don't get to see each other that often, and it's not been that long since we started.
When we're together and lying there saying random sweet stuff to each other, I might say something like (you have to imagine how it's said and phrased):
"You know, I think I love U...nion City Blue by Blondie. It's a great song, I love how the intro...etc"
and stuff like that. She'll stifle a laugh but then get into the rest of my deadpan rambling.
Is it a good idea to keep a girl thinking you may or may not drop that three letter phrase on them?

id say good to keep her guessing but NEVER actually say it.

There's no benefit in it for you. If she thinks that you're serious, than you're no longer chased, and so she has you.

DEFINITELY!!! Keep her guessing, but do not make her wait too long.

You say you haven't been seeing each other for that long which is why I would advise you to hold out for a little while longer. If you proffess love to her too soon in the relationship, she will have you and you will no longer be seen as a challenge to her.

From personal experience, waiting for the right moment and the right time to say and hear those three special little words is so frustrating and exciting at the same time. It sounds strange, but a lot of females would probably agree with me that the waiting is the most exciting part.

I remember with an ex-boyfriend, he told me he loved me after 3 months of being together. The waiting time was exciting for me as I was also falling in love with him. However, after he had said it, I started to wonder what else in the relationship was there to look forward to apart from marriage which was not going to happen anytime soon as we were both so young.

I agree with Herne except for the NEVER part. I believe if you love a girl, you should let her know. Otherwise, as the relationship grows and blossoms and she falls more deeply in love with you (over years this is) and you NEVER tell her you love her, she will leave you. Because she will finally realize that she (by this I mean everyone) deserves to be partnered with someone who truly loves and cherishes her.

I know this is a Pick Up forum but the ultimate goal for all human beings is to re-produce with the love of their life. The art of pick up is to do exactly that - pick women up usually for casual relationships or short-term sexual partnerships. It seems like you really care for this girl and want a relationship with her as opposed to a once off relationship.

Relationship game has a totally different set of rules.

I agree with Herne in the statement in regards to hinting at the "L" word will make her believe you are trying to say it in a roundabout way. If you are going to say it, say it out loud and proud. If you try and sneak around it, she will generally interpret that you are too scared to say it but it's really what you mean. She will probably think it's "cute" and tell all her friends that it is so "cute that he can't even say I love you, so he says it in a roundabout way".

Hope this has helped you a little bit!!

Good luck
