I would like to start talking to my Ex again (oneitis). We had a bad break up 2 years ago and have not spoken since. I need some help on re-establishing contact with her. How should i do that? Facebook, txt, phone call?? Should i invite her anywhere? Any help is appreciated!

PS: I know this is bad but i really need to do this.

Well i recently got myself into the same predicament, i added my ex on facebook and she accepeted immediatly and also posted on my wall the same minute, i thought wow this is cool, i replied to her post, then she replied once more, then me, then her, i let her be the last one to talk. Idk if that was good or bad, Anyways at this point i feel good that she not only accepted but showed that she was glad to have me back...her exact post was "good to have ya back" so yea that felt good.

So yea do something like that, comment on her FB...FB is the way to go when u wanna get in contact again, a random txt or call would be totally awkward, and girls do everything on FB now a days.

Start talking to her little by little on the net, NOT TOO MUCH...YOU GOTTA SHOW HER THAT YOU HAVE BNETTER THINGS TO DO THAN TO SIT ON YOUR COMPUTER TALKING TO HER. I may be new to the game but i know the essentials. After a lil chit chat here nd there maybe u can ask her to meet up one day, and then when ur with her u gotta have that natural game man. natural game is the best

Listen. The only reason you should reestablish contact is so you can forgive her for hurting you in the past. Then it's done. You don't need to interact with her anymore. Right now though, you just want to game her. Which is a terrible idea.

Can you go into detail of why this is such a terrible idea? Cuz my ex was hot man, i wouldnt mind hitting that again, especially if i receive some type of IOI from her.

They are an Ex for a reasion. So I guess it may open up old scars. I would stay clear it's not worth the heart ack.

If she is interested, I say go for it. You have nothing to lose.

You said yourself it was oneitis. You will have bad psychological problems tied up with her. So you're just going to get hurt.
