I say you have to turn the game around.
If you beat the shit out of someone theres a chance ( probably 99.9999%) they'll fight back. (not worth it) also the cops WILL show up (especially if you knife someone [...also not worth it.].)

So what you have to do is make it a point in your life ( like I did) and say fuck them all...Notice how you react when you see these fucks walking in the door with 2-3 girls around their arms!

Get back at all thoes girls, buy leaving a mess of their broken hearts behind you. Get them to be crazy about you and then shit all over their fucking hearts. Thats the only way to get back at them for sure. Broken hearts are probably the hardest thing to recover from. Especially that chick at work....find out how to get her to fall madly in love with you ( and try not to let it effect your work) then shit all over her heart. As for the guys...I'd say just treat them like shit IF theyre douche bags. Pretend that their not worth the dirt on your shoe, and ignore them like trash! Dont fight them just hate them! And then turn the tables around on them and make them feel the way you do, but in by far the most passive aggressive way possible . Better yourself as a person in the GAMING regard, men will admire you and women will lust after you. Is that not truly what you want?

Most importantly...NEVER give up...and NEVER be the aggressor in a fight. Its not worth it, you WILL find yourself at square one.

I think the above is bad advice, living to "get back" at people is petty. the PUA mantra is to leave them better than you found them, if you start putting bad stuff out there it will come back at you, karma.

I'm going to be point blank with the OP, you're not getting laid because:
1. you're not happy, a woman doesn't want to be with someone filled with hate and anger
2. you probably need therapy for the above
3. you take life too seriously
4. your attitude has doomed you to fail, it's a self fufilling prophecy

seriously, take a break from PU and work on finding happiness within yourself

i know how you feel. been there. sucks balls. fought it hard like you did. and guess what? it didn't make anything easier.

i think a lot of what people are saying in this post is loaded with textbook bullshit.
textbook bullshit doesn't help with how you feel. textbook bullshit just makes you think something is even more wrong with what you are feeling.

firstly, hate is a great emotion. it's awesome because it blinds you from pain, and all the issues in your life. it's that great. it gives you a reason to keep going even when you don't want too. i know it. you know it. it's why you do it. you wake up everyday so that you can find more excuses to hate. yeah i've been there. you feel like you deserve shit because you work so hard. and all these other fagmuffins get shit when they're scum.

when we work hard we expect good shit to happen to us. why? because we deserve it. but life isn't sunshine and butterflies. you're a smart guy, i can tell.

what did i do? i fought it too. what did i eventually do? stopped fighting it.
i stopped letting anything external effect me. how? by letting myself emotionally breakdown from all the frustrations.

what you surround yourself with is what you internalize. i got rid of every fucker that hindered me, and it was a painful process because some of these people i were genuinely attached too. i got rid of every single being that had qualities that i did not want near me, and went towards the people that i aspired to be.

it's difficult because i was filled with hatred. i had a huge ego. i did not want to give in.

but in the end, it helped me. i did not feel hatred or angry towards these scum. because nothing was no longer stopping me from what i wanted.

be patient and give it time. you too, will figure things out.
