Basically what we all (presumably) were before we found out about the seduction community... Nice guys who were not at all savvy with the opposite sex

These are the guys who think they should shower a woman in gifts and affection to gain her love; who think looks are the most important quality a guy needs for attracting woman; who think they just don't have what it takes to be successful with woman; who laugh at us for methodically trying to pick up woman "when it really just comes down to luck and numbers"; who get treated like shit by attractive women but still cling to them; and who are afraid to escalate at all with woman "too quickly" (read "ever")

We are the lucky (and motivated) ones who make it to the rAFC ("recovering AFC") stage... Those who still have these qualities within themselves, but find ways of funneling our energies away from them and towards self-improvement

Eventually the most dedicated/experienced become PUAs who no longer have these qualities and have replaced them with more beneficial tendencies... Then the elite become mPUAs ("master pick up artists"), and the best begin marketing themselves as PUGs ("pick up gurus")
