Hehe... that's where the local laws can screw you. In one bar in Rochester, the girl actually has to put her top on to approach you for a tip on stage. In another one just outside the city, they don't have to do that but touching is pretty strictly forbidden. Out here in Buffalo though, I get away with a lot of touching and some of the girls will actually grind you or stick their boobs in your face for a buck.

In Canada, you lay down on stage and they can molest you but you can't touch them. :)
