when referring to a group of girls, or one, which term is most favored when talking to them? in my mind, referring to women as girls sounds too childish, ladies sounds too toolish, and women is too proper. what do you guys think? when talking to a girl or group of girls, what do you refer to them as in the conversation? -Rye
