I never study speed seduction but I did discover NLP from PU community.
Basically the mind works in Associations so let’s say someone mentions slavery your mind is probably primed to think about cotton, if your american at least.
An anchor is a resource state so say you want your friend to associate you with the good times you had you would create a trigger say putting your hand on his shoulder that would cause a sense of positive emotions in that person like warmth or comradery. But if that person had negative association to you think like the boss walking with purpose in your direction then you can collapse that anchor
To collapse an anchor your friend would have to have resentment towards you the feeling has to be there.
1.Identifying the problem say jealousy
You would anchor that but he would probably associate you with that already for you to be doing this.
2. Choosing a new state like comradery, or loyalty
3. Elicit the resource (make him feel X)...like a remember when conversation would work building strong emotion laughter and good times
4.Then create the anchor like you roll your eyes a certain way or touch him on the shoulder or say a word with a certain tone
5.Then you break state and see if you can retrigger that same state by rolling your eyes the same way or touching him on the shoulder
Hope this gives a good idea
Ah, I see. Yeah, that explains it. So basically remember him of all the good times we used to have and bring him back to that state... sounds easy enough, we have a long history. Lots of inside jokes and stuff...
EDIT: I told him and he took it quite well, he's not mad at me, but more at her for trying to get it on with me. He told her that if she's gonna act this way then it's over. She cried and realized her mistakes, they made up, it all worked out in the end.
