Guys, got a question. I hit a wall tonight. I approached a 2 set, threw out an opener, and the one girl said: "Are you supposed to be like Mystery?" I had no idea what to say after that. Of course I got blown out of set 2 seconds later. Afterwards I was wondering if i should've turned to the other girl and said "is she always like this?" But what do you guys think? Anyone come up with something good reply?

I know mehow isn't the most innovative pua, nor is he the greatest pua out there, and he may not actually be straight... But he is at least fun to watch

In his "get the girl! infield exposed!" videos, he runs into this situation in the very first segment. He acts like he didn't know what the girl said. Then when she repeats herself, he "misinterprets" what she said and makes a cocky/funny remark about what he "thought" she said. Finally, when she repeats herself a third time (laughing), he just turns to her friend and asks, "is she always like this?"

Both the girl's friend, and even the girl who initially questioned him, are laughing after this exchange, and the set warms back up

I think the key here is to not act upset nor look phased when a woman questions you like this...Just act smooth and continue to game however you normally would

long long time ago, I opened a set and a girl said to me "hey!! you tryed that on my friend a week ago!!", she was all pissed off and I started laghing, I said "yeah... it is a good one right?"

"NO IT DOESN'T"
"..off course it does, see, were strangers and were having a conversation"

she went away but I felt I won this argument

Does it really matter that you won? The real win is getting the girl anyway.

Ok, as for a rejoinder, yeah, the mehow idea is a good one. Another possibility is just teasing her for thinking immediately of Mystery.

Possible answers:

"What, do I look like I'm wearing goggles and a hat?"

*Ignore*

"Oh, it's terrible how he's affecting our minds now, isn't it? Every idiot in a club thinks he can get a girl 'cuz he can ask who lies more..." (Completely change topic)

Anyway, a better solution is to make up your own openers. Then you don't necessarily get called out on it. The girls don't mind if you're a player, they mind if you're an unoriginal player.
