Im gonna try to no write too much,so here we go.
My teacher came up to me,and said there was a girl "into me",she said she find me handsome and these kind of stuff.
Also,the friends of that girl,came to me and asked me if was seeing someone,it has some weeks.
I dont really know how to open her,i was thinking using the opener "are you shy?",but anyone have better sugestions?

I dont even think im gonna get her anyway,failing again would suck so much.

We never talked,and i only see her once a week.

oh dear--i can vaguely remember when i was that age it was gut wrenching and miserable----well i used to be exactly like you at 16 --my big thing was that id work myself into such a worry bag that i couldnt make a move --while i was playing it cool and planning what to say and planning the perfect chat up line and at the same time doing nothing about the girl----she would be whisked off by some other guy who actually did just have the balls to go talk to her.you regret the things you dont do more than the things you did as time goes on--and i had several of these throug teens and early 20s --dont make the mistakes i did.

there is no magic line or thing to say--true some are better than others---but you got to go and do something about her,even if it means getting that teacher to arrange a date for you 2

In highschool it's much easyer then you think. You dont need to convey personality anymore, it's already done.
You don't need to DHV or try out tricks. She is already into you and you didnt do shit.

She seems shy, thats why friends of her give you hints. (that your teacher tell you that is kinda weird, but very obvious SHE IS INTERESTED IN YOU)

If you can walk up to her, just talk, stay relaxed and be chill, you are so on.

Most routines don't work well in high school, just because girls are younger and different. For where you are now, start out with a bit of comfort building, like others said, fluff talk, then #-close, and get progressively more sexual.
