If you happen to be stood near any women talking in a pub or club talking heres a few safe openers you can use.

1. say something like "why are women so loud" of course you would say this in a joking manner . This works at quite obviously people are going to raise there voices in a noisey environment plus you dont come across as nervous or threatning.

2. You may have noticed that women talk to each other they have a tendency to lean forward or bend down slightly even if the person they are talking too happens to be taller. So just say something along the lines of " why do women do this when there talking" followed by an impression of them. This often generates a laugh and they will usually initiate conversation with you.

I like the first one the most, the second one really depends on the approach and the type of girl.
