But I think it is deeper than just thinking you are the prize. I know Hypnotica goes deep in your brain for this kind of stuff, but I can't seem to get my inner game right. How did you personally get your good inner game? Did you read a book, go to a seminar, etc? I'm not talking about going to the gym to build up your self confidence, but the actual psychological part. _________________ Do unto others as you would do unto them.

Always look the part. When you leave home each and every day do so well groomed, well dressed, nails clean and filed, shoes shining etc etc etc. When I go to work now, and out afterwards I am wearing Italian hand made silk ties, Jermyn St. or Italian shirts, a well cut suit etc. I lookk the part and this in itself makes me feel more "in the zone. This wasn't always the case I can tell you and I assure you it is a help.
Never ever go out looking like something the cat dragged in. _________________ What are we all trying to do? To learn. To become what we can be.

People cant try act like the person they want to be because they feel a sense of guilt, thats not who they are, they didn't work for that. Groom yourself, dress to impress, take as much time as it takes to keep yourself looking immaculate and when you walk outside keeping in mind the amount of time you put into your self it'll come natural in the way you walk and talk and you wont want to accept anything less.

You can't improve your innergame by sitting in your living room all day, thinking about what you issues you have to fix.
Go out, try everything you've read so far. After you'll read this you go outside and talk to people.
THAT is how your inner game improves, by practising your outer game!
