I just had the realization that I can't control my sexual energy as well as I would like.

I think of this problem as having two parts: the physical (controlling the ejaculation) and the emotional (controlling the obsession/infatuation with someone).

Does anyone know anything about this or know of any good books on this subject?

dude i have the same problem. whenever im with a girl in bed i cant control myself and act like a crazy horn dog which usually cause me to blow it. i think we just need to learn how to control ourselves and think non sexual thoughts until she starts putting the moves on us and not the other way around

I wonder if the issue you are having is a result of a mentality of scarcity. Evolutionarily and subconsciously are you thinking "I don't get this chance that often so I better blow my load while I have a live girl here and that way my genes can live on" ?

When you get better at pick-up and begin to experience success with many women several times a week (if you so choose), you'll transition into that mentality of plenty. That will make you much more attractive to the ladies because it will dominate not only the bedroom, but every interaction you have with an HB.

I'll tell you what, there is nothing sweeter than taking it nice and slow and deliberate in the bedroom and feeling her desire for you build and build until she is drenched in lust and will literally BEG to feel you inside her.

@Nermob, u are right, controlling sexual energy need some mental practicing too, I have used sexual energy control against women that they thought they were not attractive enough to get me into erection. Fact is I don't place too much emphasis on the sex but just set my mental state to enjoy what I was doing that point in time. So doing take the pressure off u and u can easily control what u do and how u want to think.
