I would vote for Relationsship and One-night stands, because I would have a relation with the girl I find realy cool.
And a one-night stand with a random girl.

Personal growth as well. First get better at the game or/and more satisfied with yourself and then the results will come by themselves.

And about relationship vs one night stands i couldn't agree more with Zendelo :)

What kind of growth are we talking about here? (Sorry, had to be done.)

Anyway, I'd go for Personal Growth, if I had to pick between a relationship and one-night stands, it be the latter.

im sorry im gonna be perceived as a jerk but i studied pua-dom to get laid, yeah i wanted to better myself however i was doing it to get sex..
im gonna quote my muse tom ford about the pursuit of happiness he said in an interview:
"our lives dont stop in the pursuit of happiness we say to ourselves 'if i get those shoes im gonna be happy' 'if i earn more money im gonna be happy' if i date this person im gonna be happy' and so on until we drop dead! no one lives in the now"
